What we collect and why

We collect the information needed to care for you safely and run the clinic: your name and contact details when you book; relevant medical history, medicines and treatment records when you receive clinical services; and payment records for services provided. Health information is collected directly from you, with your consent, and used only for your care, for safety screening, and to meet our professional record-keeping obligations.

How information is stored and shared

Records are held securely in our booking and clinical record systems, with access limited to those involved in your care and the running of the clinic. We do not sell personal information. Information is only shared where you consent (for example a referral to your GP), or where the law requires it.

Messages, reminders and marketing

We may send appointment confirmations and reminders by SMS or email as part of providing your care. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent, and every marketing message includes a simple way to opt out. Website analytics on this site are collected in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Access, corrections and questions

If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
