Fine lines and wrinkles concern

The lines that appear around the eyes, between the brows and across the forehead are among the most common reasons people first visit a cosmetic clinic. They are also deeply individual: skin type, sun history, expression habits and age all shape them differently. That is why MT Aesthetics does not sell a standard answer; the first step is a private consultation with Marie, our Registered Nurse, where your skin is assessed and your options are explained honestly.

Why lines form

Some lines are expression lines, formed where the face moves most. Others come from sun exposure, skin thinning or dehydration, and show even when the face is at rest. Which kind you have changes what will genuinely help, and an in-person assessment is the only honest way to tell.

How we approach it

Skin-quality treatments such as microneedling, peels and RF skin tightening can support texture and firmness, and are described openly on this site. For some concerns there are further options that Australian advertising rules keep out of public marketing; those can only be discussed one-on-one at a wrinkle consultation, after an individual assessment. Either way, the plan is built for your face, with realistic expectations and no pressure. Results vary from person to person.

Frequently asked

Why can't you list every option on the website?

Australian rules restrict how certain cosmetic treatments can be advertised to the public, and we respect that. It is not evasive; it is the law working as intended. In a private consultation, after an individual assessment, Marie can discuss all appropriate options plainly.

When should I start doing something about lines?

When they bother you, and not before. There is no deadline. A consultation gives you an honest read on what is happening with your skin and what your options are, even if the plan is simply good skincare for now.
